All meetings are held in the Village Hall and start at 7.00pm.

Members of the public are allowed to make short presentations to the Council at the start of business provided the Clerk has been notified in writing at least three days before the meeting.

 

Freedom of Information Policy:

In line with section 20 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 the Information Commissioner has now developed and approved a new model publication scheme which can be adopted by parish and community councils as well as parish meetings. (Ref: Somerset Association of Local Councils - Freedom of Information Pack October 2008).
