Our Village Agent is Izzy Silvester.
The objectives of the Village Agent are:
- To ensure that people are receiving the benefits that they are entitled too
- To direct people to the organisations that can help them
- To make sure that people living alone are not forgotten
- Making the local community aware of social problems within their area
- To offer advice particularly to the elderly
- Finding people who are lonely and need help such as food or social services
- To advise on energy problems and how to save money.
