Meetings are held at Sampford Brett Village Hall and begin at 6.30pm.

13 May 2026 – The Annual Meeting
To include election of Chair & review of documentation.
10 June 2026 – Parish Meeting
To include end of year accounts.
09 September 2026 – Parish Meeting
09 December 2026 – Parish Meeting
To include setting of budget and precept.
10 March 2027 – Annual Parish Meeting
Local societies and groups welcomed to present items.
10 March 2027 – Parish Meeting

Please note: An Extraordinary Parish Council Meeting may be arranged during the year to deal with urgent or unforeseen business that cannot wait until the next ordinary meeting. These meetings are open to the public and will be advertised with proper notice.
