Parish Council Meetings
Sampford Brett Parish Council meetings for 2026-2027 are normally held on the second Wednesday of May, June, September, December and March (please check individual agendas for confirmation).
Additional meetings may be arranged when required — for example, to consider a specific issue or to discuss a planning application that needs timely attention.
An Annual Parish Meeting is also held each March, at which the Parish Council reports on its activities during the preceding year and residents have the opportunity to raise matters of local interest.
Attending Meetings
Parish Council meetings are held in the Village Hall and usually begin at 6.30pm. Please check this website or the village notice boards for confirmation before attending, as timings may occasionally vary.
Members of the parish are very welcome to attend. Each meeting includes an opportunity for residents to raise matters of concern or interest before the Council begins its formal business.
