Church service followed by the annual Vestry meeting
Saturday 11th April 2026 from 11:00 until 12:30
A common worship Morning prayer service. This will be followed by the Vestry meeting when members of the PCC, Deanery Synod and Wardens are elected for the coming year. this meeting will start at about 12.00.
Murder Mystery with supper
Saturday 18th April 2026 from 19:00 until 22:00
Dine as the murder takes place and try to solve the crime.
Sampford Village Singersl
Wednesday 22nd April 2026 from 09:45 until 10:45
Weekly practices start again after the Easter break on Wednesday22nd April in preparation for a concert in June
Coffee morning
Wednesday 22nd April 2026 from 10:45 until 12:00
Following a break for Easter, the coffee mornings will begin again on Wednesday 22nd April at 10.45 in the village hall.
Chuch service
Sunday 26th April 2026 from 15:00 until 16:00
Cafe church in the village hall. An informal service starting with tea and cake. A talk will be given by Chris Moiser of Tropiquaria on 'Creatures Great and Small'.

As he walks through part of the Benefice anyone is welcome to accompany him, with halts in the churches for prayer. 11.30 - Walk from Nettlecombe to Monksilver 12.15 - Prayers and a sandwich at Monksilver 12.45 - Walk from Monksilver to Sampford Brett 1.30 - Prayers at Sampford Brett church 1.45 - Walk from Sampford Brett to Bicknoller 2.15 - Prayers at Bicknoller church 2.30 - Walk from Bicknoller to Holford church
